During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date. We offer the following delivery options:
Delivery Options
Standard delivery
- Free for orders of $100USD or more
- $4.95 for orders less than $100USD
- Generally arrives in 5–12 business days
How can I track my order?
- Shortly after dispatching your order we’ll send you an email with a tracking number where you’ll be able to view detailed shipping updates.
When will my products be shipped?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Our team will carefully package your items to ensure they are protected during transit.
Uncollected Parcel
We are not liable for shipments that our carrier cannot deliver after several attempts, and customers are responsible for coordinating with the carrier to receive their shipments at a suitable time and place. Should a shipment be returned to us as undeliverable, we will process a refund minus the courier charges and a handling fee.
Additional information
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for national holidays.
- Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays.
- Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
- Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
